  • We offer accurate and thorough guidance to avoid mistakes and delays, the final decision on your claim rests solely with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
  • Processing times vary, it completely depends upon the workload of the VA and the complexity of your cases; so, no fixed timeline can be promised by us under any condition.

Client Responsibilities

  • To make sure of success, clients must provide truthful, complete, and timely information regarding their service history and medical records.
  • Active communication is essential. We motivate veterans to immediately respond to our requests for documentation or clarification so that their case remains on track and delays are avoided.
